Reception Venue: Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers
Florist: Blumen
DJ: Sound Crisis Productions (Vince Magsino)
We first met Suzie and Matt at Chuck and Michelle's wedding last year. We really clicked with them, and were so honored they asked us to capture their wedding as well. Their classic Chicago wedding really focused on family with a ceremony in the beautiful 4th Presbyrterian church. We had the opportunity afterwards to capture them in some iconic Chicago locations before heading to the reception at the Sheraton. Their were many adorable children in attendance, and some of them were quite good dancers!
Below are a few of our favorites from the evening; be sure to check back for the full slide show of favorites in a few weeks.
Okay so I have a few comments about the photos..
(1) the shot of the kid dancing is so hilarious! (and adorable)
(2) I really love the interesting perspective you took when capturing the cake. I feel like it's so nice (and refreshing) to see something different, as much as I love an up close cake shot with a shallow depth of field..
(3) There is something almost dream-like or magical about the two B&W grainy shots of the couple with the light behind them
(4) I love the blur in the last photo - really captures the motion of the dance party :o)
great job dave & nancy!
