A trumpet Vera Wang gown, Jimmy Choo sparkly shoes, a cake featuring the Chicago skyline and a ceremony inside the beautiful Art Institute were just a few of my favorite details from Jeff and Julie's intimate wedding. The rain, although not entirely welcome on their wedding day, produced some beautiful fog, and we were able to shoot a few photos on the Nichols bridge in between rain showers. These shots on the bridge are some of my very favorite that we've done at that location, and I must say it is mostly due to the thick fog that wrapped itself tightly around all the city buildings.
Without further ado, here are just a few of our very favorite images from their wedding.
I love Jeff's big smile as he goes up to meet Julie for their first look at the Palmer House.
Jeff and Julie's first look took place just above the lobby at the Palmer House - I love this spot!
The fog was amazing; it completely changed the look of the city that afternoon!
Julie looked fabulous in her Vera Wang gown!
I loved this moment when Julie's father handed Julie off to Jeff.
