We are delighted to see Lauren and Ryan's wedding at the Modern Wing featured in this edition of CS Brides. The spread features many beautiful details from the day, but nothing can capture the flowery frangrance-filled room that still stands out in our minds. For a reminder that warmer weather is on the way, check out Lauren and Ryan's gorgeous wedding at Terzo Piano and go pick up your copy of CS Brides!
We are very happy to see Ariel and Jason's beautiful Union Station wedding featured in this issue of The Knot! The spread features many beautiful details from the day, all put together by the oh-so-talented Marina Birch, of Birch Design Studio. Check out Ariel and Jason's inimate ceremony as well as their Parisian-inspired wedding. And go get your copy of The Knot!
We're very pleased that Jon and Joey's wedding was published in a great 13 page write-up in the latest issue of Grace Ormonde Wedding Style magazine. You can view the magazine and article online here (pages 308-321). If you want to see more of their photos (you do) check out their photos from their Soho Beach House wedding and reception at the Villa by Barton G. Also check out their very cool (if we say so ourselves) Madmen-era engagement session in the Hollyhood Hills.
We're honored that Michael and Jeanine's wedding at the River East Art Center from this past May is featured on the Grace Ormonde blog today. A big thanks to Melissa Phillips of Simply Perfect by Melissa who planned the event and also to Rishi of Heffernan Morgan who put together the beautiful decor.

Together, HATCH Projects, an initiative of CAC focusing on contemporary art and professional artist development, Quite Strong, a collective fostering the overlap of art and design cultures, and Twelve Galleries Project, a roving curatorial experiment exploring collaborative exhibition models, can reap benefits for the Chicago creative experience. Each respective group challenges its members to step outside their immediate communities to seek vast and varied perspectives and experiences. The result: the facilitation and implementation of a support system beyond what is merely essential and into territory that is rich and rewarding. In essence, Quarterly Site #9: Support connects the "support" theme central to the missions of Hatch Projects, Quite Strong and Twelve Galleries Project and to the success of artists of all kinds.
We've been too busy to blog about this when they came out, but the most reent issue of CS Brides features THREE of our weddings from 2011. We are so excited to see all three of these weddings in print. Additoinally, one of our weddings is also in the current issue Grace Ormonde, and will be featured in more detail on their blog in the next week.
It's always exciting when one of the weddings we worked on gets published. Jessica and Matt's wedding at the Ivy Room this past October is featured in a beautiful 2 page spread in the latest CS Brides issue. There is a lot of great insight into the wedding and how all the details came together in the article. Pick up the latest issue or read it online here (page 164).
We've been eager to share this news with you since we first heard back in February that two of our images had placed in the PDN Top Knots Contest. For those of you outside the photo world, Photo District News (aka PDN) is the top publication in the photo industry. They hold a yearly photo contest which is probably the most widely entered and seen contest in the wedding photography world. Having never entered before this year, we were very excited that we placed two images among the winners!
Anyway, pick up a copy and check out the the other winners!
