A wedding at the Elysian | Erinn + John

Erinn and John have been married for over a year, but wanted to say their vows in front of all their closest friends and family. They held their wedding celebration at the Elysian. Their twin babies (quite possibly the cutest babies I have ever seen) Ruby and Jack were an important part of the ceremony as well and both Erinn and John's families were quite obviously happy that they had the opportunity to celebrate this new family at their wedding. Cindy Shannholtz of Effortless Events planned the wedding, Clint from Revel Decor designed the room and flowers, and Colby Baserra and the Party Faithful kept everyone dancing (this crowd really knew how to party!).

Our photographs from Ashlee and Mike's wedding at the Elysian hotel in Chicago were featured in the latest issue of Today's Chicago Woman magazine. You can view the article online here on pages 90-91.

Mike and Ashlee had a romantic holiday wedding at the Elysian. They were the very lucky winners of the Paulette Wolf Dream Team give away.  Ashlee and Mike had met with us long before winning, and although a different photographer was included in the give away, they wanted us to document their wedding.  We were honored to work with them, and excited to shoot a wedding at the just opened Elysian Hotel - billed as one of the premier luxury hotels in the country. Everything was perfect from the beautiful setting that the Elysian provided, the delicious food, the absolutely creative decor and room design by Heffernan Morgan, the excellent planning by Erin of Paulette Wolfe, and especially the dance music by DJ Andre. It was a great way to start the 2010 wedding season!!
